Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in product-led organizations.
• Experience closing high-value solution deals in fintech/crypto.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue goals and partnerships.
• Experience leading BD/sales teams and driving large-scale projects.
• Experience advising senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of system performance and scaling.
