• Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for KYB processes.
• Liaise closely with the compliance team to interpret and implement regulatory changes.
• Conduct regular reviews of KYB processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance integration.
• Provide guidance on KYB compliance matters.
• Develop training programs on KYB processes.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in regulatory audits.
• Prepare and present reports on KYB performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of KYB regulations.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations.
• Experience in process improvement and SOP development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management.
