In Short

  • Identify, target, and onboard institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals for Binance’s fiat OTC services.
  • Develop and implement a structured sales funnel to convert leads into active trading clients.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize acquisition strategies and improve client onboarding.
  • Drive new business through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging client needs in the fiat-to-crypto space.
  • Provide market insights and personalized services to enhance client trading experience.
  • Develop and execute client loyalty programs to improve retention.
  • Work closely with regional business teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the OTC trading team to execute large fiat transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to global AML/KYC regulations and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or client management within the crypto or finance sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and supporting client acquisition initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of fiat payment networks and cross-border transactions.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
  • Proficiency with basic data analysis tools and CRM systems is desirable.
