Work closely with regional business teams to identify expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with the OTC trading team to execute large fiat transactions.
Ensure adherence to global AML/KYC regulations and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in business development or client management within the crypto or finance sectors.
Demonstrated success in generating leads and supporting client acquisition initiatives.
Basic understanding of fiat payment networks and cross-border transactions.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Keen attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required.
Proficiency with basic data analysis tools and CRM systems is desirable.
