In Short

• Lead the development and execution of our data and analytics vision.
• Become a trusted partner to key stakeholders across various departments.
• Ensure effective management, integration, and governance of data.
• Design and optimize KPIs reporting suite for leadership.
• Support key projects with insightful ad-hoc reporting.
• Automate and scale reporting assets for better data quality.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance, computer science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficient with CRM and BI reporting tools, including Salesforce and Tableau.
• Strong business acumen and analysis skills.
• Systems thinker with an understanding of broader implications.
• Solid understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS metrics.
• Ability to function independently and within a team.
