Overview

This position is for a working student role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you will learn the fundamentals of sales and contribute to the sales team by engaging with potential customers.

In Short

  • Remote or office work available
  • Approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • First point of contact for potential customers via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Independent research and qualification of leads
  • Creation and sending of outreach messages
  • Maintenance and documentation in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Close collaboration with the sales team to optimize acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • Enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or Psychology
  • Proactive mindset with no fear of cold calling
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional interactions
  • Structured working style, quick comprehension, and strong curiosity
  • Language skills: German at C2 level, English at least B2+
  • Nice to have: Experience with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email automation tools
