Associate Application Support Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Provide customer-facing support and problem resolution for software products.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks until issues are resolved.
• Build and maintain relationships with users and stakeholders.
• Provide Level 1 end-user support and maintain IT service levels.
• Adhere to agile methodology and SDLC practices.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Track requests through JIRA.

Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (M-F).
• Experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration or administration.
• Ability to read/write queries in MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with IT tools like IT ServiceDesk and JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies.
• 1-2 years of experience with SDLC methodologies.
