Project Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives will assist in the coordination and oversight of company and department priorities, primarily focusing on project planning, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, task assignment, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope while learning the Transformation Office framework and processes under the leadership and mentorship of senior directors.

In Short

• Creating detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor and communicate progress, and identify potential roadblocks
• Facilitate communication between the project team, providing regular updates on project progress
• Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, project status reports, and deliverables
• Operate as a partner to senior directors in the Transformation Office
• Focus on implementation and change management to ensure successful execution of initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years working in technology, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software companies
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management
• Executive level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
• A strong sense of urgency and drive for results
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement
