Overview

INTECON, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Strategy Coordinator to support the AFWERX Capital Initiatives Division (RGI). This position provides strategic policy guidance, program management expertise, and business process re-engineering support for the AFWERX SBIR/STTR PMO.

In Short

  • Provide guidance and strategic policy review for the AFWERX SBIR PMO.
  • Assist in developing and documenting AF SBIR/STTR program strategies.
  • Support transition and commercialization activities.
  • Identify technology needs and oversee technology maturation.
  • Ensure effective communication across AF SBIR/STTR functions.
  • Align resources with strategic goals.
  • Establish training requirements and oversee training delivery.
  • Plan and participate in senior leadership meetings.
  • Support marketing and communication strategy development.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in AF technology transition.
  • Understanding of AF SBIR STTR program operations.
  • Experience in technology needs identification and integration planning.
  • Proven experience in communication and collaboration.
  • Experience in aligning resources with goals.
  • Experience in establishing training requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit for program goals.
  • Experience in senior leadership meeting facilitation.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies.
