Inside Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

This is a Solutions Engineering position at BeyondTrust, where you will work closely with sales representatives and partners to sell the company's cyber security products and services.

• Assist with marketing campaigns including webinars and demonstrations.
• Validate technical environments and understand business problems.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses.
• Engage in discovery and opportunity engagement.
• Deliver information about the business value of BeyondTrust solutions.
• Demonstrate the value proposition of BeyondTrust solutions.
• Help develop written proposals for prospects.
• Secure technical wins for opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in help desk and/or technical support.
• Good knowledge of common OS and network topologies.
• Understanding of security concepts.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and propose solutions.
• Team selling environment experience.
• Comfortable delivering presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Security+ or Network+ certification.
