As Field and Partner Marketing Senior Specialist for Northern Europe, you will lead the execution of high-impact, regionally tailored, marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and brand awareness across the Benelux and Nordic regions.

• Support the design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with regional sales goals.
• Coordinate planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and executive roundtables.
• Localize global campaigns to reflect market nuances and customer needs.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and co-branding initiatives.
• Support MDF (Market Development Funds) requests, tracking and reporting.
• Assist in developing partner enablement materials and toolkits.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams across Northern Europe.
• Work closely with the regional sales team to align marketing activities with regional priorities.
• Contribute insights and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field and/or partner marketing.
• Proven success in managing multi-country campaigns.
• Experience of delivering joint-partner marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
