Overview

BeyondTrust is looking for a highly motivated IT professional with experience in the IT security field to play a crucial role in driving the success of our US Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients.

In Short

• Engage with clients to understand their network and security needs.
• Review scope of work with customers.
• Implement design and architecture for customer goals.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support during project engagement.
• Assist with troubleshooting and post-sales technical questions.
• Escalate bugs and feature requests to appropriate teams.
• Assist sales team with technical inquiries.
• Provide training during engagements.
• Maintain adherence to ProServe lifecycle.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Active USA DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with DoD/IC networks.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, Linux, and MAC OS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Knowledge of MFA, SAML, RADIUS, and Kerberos.
• Experience with cloud suites like VMware, Azure, or AWS.
• Strong dedication to customer care.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer technical needs.
