Manager, Revenue Operations - Remote

Overview

As a Manager of Revenue Operations at Beyond, you will lead a global team to optimize and operationalize sales, expansion, and retention processes, driving improvements that maximize business results.

In Short

• Manage new business and renewal pipeline, revenue forecasting, and incentive plans.
• Partner with BI team to define KPIs and build reporting infrastructure.
• Lead process optimization and CRM enablement across GTM teams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to a global revenue operations team.
• Own month-end close activities and collaborate on financial reporting.
• Design and optimize CRM strategy with Salesforce and other tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years in revenue or business operations within tech or SaaS.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to create insightful reports and executive presentations.
• Proficient in analytical tools; SQL/BI experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools.
