Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Service to lead our aftermarket and service business across North America. This leadership role is responsible for defining and executing service strategies that drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.

In Short

  • Lead the service organization with full P&L responsibility.
  • Develop and execute service strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage service operations, including contracts, warranty agreements, and technical support.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing service team.
  • Drive customer-focused initiatives to expand service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Engage strategically with customers for lifecycle support.
  • Implement digital tools for predictive maintenance.
  • Monitor KPIs for service performance and financial results.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ leadership experience in Service/Aftermarket roles.
  • Strong knowledge of conveying systems and packaging systems.
  • Proven track record of growing service revenue.
  • Experience leading large service organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
