Senior Project Manager, Logistic Systems - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Project Manager is a high-visibility, high-impact role for the BEUMER Group in North America responsible for leading and managing large scale Logistic Systems projects.

In Short

• Develop and execute project strategy to meet performance, schedule, and profitability targets.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Lead a multi-disciplined project team throughout the complete project life cycle.
• Manage key project management processes including scope, supply chain, and risk management.
• Coordinate and negotiate change order opportunities with customers.
• Track project progress and identify trends to mitigate cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Direct involvement in specification approval and project execution.
• Travel to job sites as required, averaging 35% per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar technical field with PMP certification.
• 10+ years of progressive Project Management experience with projects over $30 million.
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to implement project management processes based on PMI standards.
• Direct industry experience in Logistic Systems.
• High degree of personal integrity and mentorship capabilities.
