Staff Full Stack Software Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Join a diverse team at BetterHelp focused on expanding access to therapy.
• Develop end-to-end features and own them through to production.
• Write clean, secure, and scalable code while collaborating with team members.
• Integrate and build for external and internal APIs.
• Work with a tech stack including PHP, MySQL, and React.
• Contribute to the development of new products and optimize existing code.

Requirements

• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles.
• Experience with full-stack projects.
• Ability to design, develop, and launch web applications from start to finish.
• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL and database design.
• Familiarity with web and SQL security best practices.
• Experience using git in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to San Jose, CA up to three times a year.
