Overview

As the Manager of Audio Partnerships at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team focused on expanding access to therapy and managing audio advertising strategies.

In Short

• Manage and evolve podcast, radio, and digital radio advertising strategies.
• Work with the Sr. Manager of Audio Partnerships and Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.
• Proactively identify opportunities for campaign growth.
• Maintain weekly show reporting and improve reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain QA solutions for campaigns.
• Assist in campaign management and data entry.
• Work with data teams on testing and measurement.
• Ensure all buys are correct and invoices are paid on time.
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 5+ years in managing audio campaigns including media buying and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of US podcast and radio landscapes.
• Analytical mindset with performance evaluation skills.
• Experience in DR and brand marketing campaigns.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of AI tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive outlook and teamwork ability.
