In Short

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for product management in international markets.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers.
• Utilize data and AI to optimize the client-side of the marketplace.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Drive product governance and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define success metrics to optimize product performance.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Remote work with occasional travel to the San Jose office.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio of successfully launched products.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with user research and customer insights.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Willingness to travel to the Mountain View office up to three times a year.
