Overview

As the Director of Product Management – Integrations at Ontic, you will lead the integration strategy across the security technology landscape, shaping how our platform connects with various third-party systems.

In Short

• Define and drive the end-to-end integration product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to identify integration opportunities.
• Interface with clients to understand customer pain points and technology trends.
• Lead the Product Management team focused on API platforms and integrations.
• Work with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions.
• Define KPIs to measure the success of integration products.
• Support the launch and adoption of integration features.
• Evangelize integration strategy internally and externally.
• Mentor the Product Management team while being hands-on with integration strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing API platforms and integration ecosystems.
• Strong technical background with experience in APIs and data pipelines.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Experience in agile product development environments.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Experience with product-led growth and ecosystem strategies is a plus.
