Overview

As a Senior Health Plan Partnerships Manager, EAP at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team for smooth rollouts of BetterHelp services.
• Deliver partner-facing demos, onboarding sessions, and training presentations.
• Lead MBR and QBR meetings with health plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with partners, sharing updates and metrics.
• Partner with Engagement Managers for ongoing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for partners to serve as BetterHelp advocates.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve partner issues.
• Manage contract renewals and drive profitable growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, client success, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success managing complex relationships with high-touch clients.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level partnerships.
• Familiarity with mental health care delivery or healthcare compliance is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
