• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage top technical talent.
• Experience with candidate outreach and sourcing strategies.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Data-driven approach to hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
