• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering
• Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and execs to align on hiring strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience running full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong ability to execute under pressure
• Deep knowledge of technical recruiting fundamentals
• Collaborative and adaptable
• Excellent communicator
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
