In Short

• Lead candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers through a seamless recruitment process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on the interview process and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on sourcing and engaging passive talent.
• Act as a Wiz evangelist, introducing candidates to the company and brand.
• Use data to inform recruitment processes and candidate experience strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams including HR and Finance.
• Stay updated on job market trends to inform searches.
• 6-month contract opportunity focused on Eastern and Central time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a full-cycle capacity.
• ATS experience, preferably with Greenhouse.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to source and network passive candidates.
• Advisory approach with a focus on customer service.
• High level of integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Experience in cloud security or SaaS companies is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
