Overview

The Associate Talent Partner plays a critical role in supporting and advising leaders within our Care organization. Being a trusted partner, you will provide employee relations support, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with partners to develop proactive people strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations or HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in conducting employee investigations.
• Ability to build trust and influence leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
