Overview

The EHR Applications Analyst 3 is responsible for delivering world-class support services across all Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. (BILH) entities and its affiliates, focusing on the management and support of Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications.

In Short

• Manage and support EHR applications and systems.
• Conduct analysis and recommend changes to improve applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience with EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HL7 coding standards.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
• Experience in software development lifecycle.
• Ability to document business processes.
• Willingness to take ownership of issues.
