Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with proven recruitment experience in the healthcare sector to contribute to an innovative specialist mental health organization on a temporary basis.

In Short

  • Temporary HR Professional with a focus on recruitment.
  • Work independently in a fully online organization.
  • Responsible for conducting and overseeing recruitment activities.
  • Support operational HR issues alongside recruitment.
  • Engage with managers regarding vacancy needs.
  • Work on recruitment processes from intake to hiring.
  • Possibility of extension after the initial 6-month period.
  • Approximately 16 to 21 hours per week.
  • Fully remote work, including from abroad.
  • Immediate start available.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with CAO GGZ application in practice.
  • Ability to perform and monitor recruitment processes independently.
  • Structured working style and ability to manage multiple procedures.
  • Strong digital skills and experience in online collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers and professionals.
