You will coordinate with your clients to determine the right time to work on recovery, providing flexibility to arrange your workday as desired and maintain a balance between work and life.

In Short

• Responsible for the quality of treatment content within Beterggz.
• Conduct psycho-diagnostic intake consultations focused on all DSM-5 classifications.
• Provide treatment for DSM-5 disorders, including co-morbidities and transdiagnostic factors.
• Prescribe medication in collaboration with the general practitioner.
• Act as the lead treatment provider according to the Quality Statute GGZ.
• Ensure medical-psychiatric treatment and diagnostics, including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapeutic treatments.
• Advise management on medical policy within the organization.
• Participate in professional meetings and peer reviews.
• Engage in relevant discussions with government, insurers, and IGJ.

Requirements

• Qualifications in psychiatry.
• Experience with DSM-5 classifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
