You will coordinate with your clients on the right time to work towards improvement, providing flexibility to arrange your workday as desired and determine the balance between work and life. In Short

• Conduct psycho-diagnostic intake consultations focused on all DSM-5 classifications.
• Provide psychological treatments and perform psychodiagnostics, possibly supported by psychological testing.
• Co-responsible for the quality of the treatment offerings.
• Collaborate with other therapists to create a multidisciplinary treatment plan.
• Advise management on psychological policy within the organization.
• Participate in professional meetings and peer reviews.
• Represent the organization in various collaborations, including discussions with government, insurers, and IGJ.
• Provide advice to other therapists in the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure continuity, control, and evaluation of research and treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and participate in interdisciplinary discussions.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a psychologist.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 and psychological treatment methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication and consultation skills.
• Experience in advising on psychological policy.
• Willingness to participate in professional development and meetings.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
