Regulatory Compliance Projects Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Projects Manager to support the development, structuring, and scaling of the Regulatory Compliance function at Betclic, in a context of strong international growth and increasing regulatory complexity.

In Short

• Act as a trusted advisor to Business, Product, and Tech teams on cross-jurisdiction regulatory matters.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional compliance projects.
• Ensure continuous oversight of the product development lifecycle.
• Drive the implementation of compliance-by-design principles.
• Promote a strong compliance culture within product and operational teams.
• Design and maintain a regulatory compliance training framework.
• Coordinate management of cross-jurisdiction regulatory incidents.
• Support responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Ensure robust documentation and governance of compliance decisions.
• Contribute to regulatory risk committees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience working with Business, Product, and Tech teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Versatile and pragmatic mindset.
• Genuine interest in sports, gaming, and technology.
• Native French and full professional fluency in English required.
