As a Fraud & Payments Analyst at Betclic, you will play a crucial role in minimizing fraud risk by reviewing alerts and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

• Review and manage Fraud Alerts effectively.
• Assist in training and mentoring staff.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in online payments and fraud prevention.
• Knowledge of gambling compliance (RG & AML).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Autonomous and proactive with excellent organization.
• Customer-oriented with good listening skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Reliable and adaptable team player.
