Overview

As Head of Game Integrity, you will ensure the integrity of all poker games at Betclic, maintaining a fair and transparent experience for players.

In Short

• Lead a team of Game Integrity specialists.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations for the team.
• Review and improve fraud detection processes.
• Investigate complex fraud cases.
• Handle potential fraud cases according to procedures.
• Calculate compensation for affected players.
• Create and maintain documentation for game integrity processes.
• Provide regular reports on department activities.
• Work in a dynamic and international environment.

Requirements

• Experience in team management.
• Knowledge of poker games and online game integrity.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
