Head of Security - Remote

Overview

As our Head of Security, you will be responsible for leading our Security department, focusing on maintaining the integrity and security of our information systems.

In Short

• Own the company’s overall security strategy & roadmap in alignment with customers, product and industry needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive information security programs.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and practices.
• Liaise with department team members to align technology infrastructure with strategic goals.
• Work closely with product leadership to understand customer security needs.
• Determine and prioritize security features for the product.
• Develop and control the Security budget.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee the security of AI systems.

Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates with a background in enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience in AI security initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Manager of Security.
• Extensive experience with Security Framework.
• Knowledge of current IT trends and cybersecurity threats.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
