As the Director of the Training Institute at Betclic, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company’s growth and innovation objectives, focusing on developing employee skills through tailored programs and innovative learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Educational Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience managing a training institute.
• Expertise in educational engineering and complex project management.
• Proficient in modern pedagogical methods and LMS platforms.
• Leadership experience in strategic training projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to inspire teams.
• Fluency in English.
