Requirements

• 5+ years in a Head of Engineering or Tech Director role.
• Experience with large-scale, real-time B2C platforms.
• Proven strategic vision and alignment with business goals.
• Strong leadership and talent development skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
