Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned transfer pricing professional and subject matter expert to join the Group Tax function of a growing global healthcare services provider in the Pharmaceutical industry.

In Short

• Develop, implement and maintain robust transfer pricing policies according to global regulatory standards and the group’s commercial strategy.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding transfer pricing planning opportunities.
• Support the group’s financial reporting processes for interim and year-end tax provisioning purposes.
• Lead global transfer pricing compliance, including documentation, notifications, and filings.
• Support process improvements within the tax team.
• Maintain excellent relationships across finance teams and external advisors.
• Keep up to date on global transfer pricing developments.
• Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience working in a multinational corporate tax environment.
• Experience with tax transfer pricing in a MNE environment.
• Technical knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing laws and regulations.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
