As an Engineering Manager at Betclic, you will lead a Squad within one of our key product areas, supporting a team of talented engineers and fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong technical background in delivery management.
• Ability to align technical execution with product goals.
• Experience mentoring engineers and building career paths.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Structured and reliable with effective prioritization skills.
• Passion for sports, gaming, and tech-driven experiences.
