Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Experience in a cooperative team environment.
• Native-level French and excellent command of English.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High computer literacy, especially in web-based applications.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Interest in iGaming or willingness to learn.
• Customer service focused with strong initiative.
• Reliable team player with a sense of humor.
• Committed and enthusiastic.
