The Associate Vice President of Justice for Seniors & Dependent Adults provides leadership in relation to Bet Tzedek’s efforts to address the legal needs of older adults, dependent adults, and their families, focusing on strategic direction and program management.

• Leads advocacy efforts for older and dependent adults.

Requirements

• 10 years of legal experience preferred.
• California State Bar membership required.
• Management experience in non-profit and legal services.
• Leadership experience in justice advocacy.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Experience in trauma-informed legal advocacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative management style.
• Fluency in a language other than English preferred.
