In Short

• Responsible for executing construction projects managing up to 5 sites simultaneously.
• Place all orders with partners/suppliers and ensure clarity in preparations.
• Act as the main point of contact for architects, site personnel, and partners.
• First point of contact for clients from the start of construction to final delivery.
• Ensure safety on construction sites.
• Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department.

Requirements

• Hands-on approach with experience in housing construction.
• Master's degree in architecture or building engineering with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch, with the ability to communicate in English or French.
