HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner will act as a link between the People department and operational divisions, guiding them through HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and change management, while providing practical HR solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the HR contact for assigned departments.
• Support managers in guiding their employees from onboarding to exit.
• Advise managers on HR issues, both operational and strategic.
• Responsible for the operational execution of HR processes.
• Participate in the recruitment process with specialists and partners.
• Support change processes and initiatives to enhance company culture.
• Contribute to improving HR processes, systems, and tools for efficiency.
• Actively participate in projects that strengthen the organization.
• Report and respond to various HR KPIs periodically.
• Willing to travel to various sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Psychology, Economics, Business, or Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR-related role.
• Experience in the construction/electricity sector is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HR applications (ATS, LMS, etc.).
• Good understanding of HRM techniques and social legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented.
• Team player, stress-resistant, and flexible.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
