Overview

As a Payroll Administrator with HR responsibilities, you will ensure flawless payroll processing and support various HR tasks, playing a crucial role in the team to keep operations running smoothly.

In Short

  • Maintain payroll and withholding data up-to-date
  • Provide accurate data to the payroll administration office
  • Check payroll slips and process corrections
  • Ensure timely and correct payments
  • Prepare bookings and declarations
  • Inform employees about salary and regulations
  • Keep track of relevant laws and regulations
  • Draft and manage employment contracts
  • Support onboarding and introduction of new colleagues
  • Manage personnel files (digital and physical)

Requirements

  • MBO/HBO work and thinking level
  • Training in payroll administration and basic knowledge of social legislation
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the Construction & Infra collective labor agreement is a plus
  • Accurate and ethical
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
  • Independent and proactive
  • Affinity with numbers and people
