In Short

• Conduct reconciliations and optimize internal processes.
• Work closely with the Finance Director and People & Culture department.

Requirements

• Solid experience in payroll administration.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information carefully.
• Proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Educational background is not the most important.
