Requirements

• Proven success in sales or competitive environments.
• Experience in customer service or leadership roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable working with sales metrics.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text.
• Willingness to accept feedback and improve.
• Experience using CRM systems preferred.
• Military member, veteran, spouse, or relative preferred.
• Prior client-facing sales experience preferred.
