Project Coordinator for Digital Sales (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a team member in the eCommerce & Sales Innovations department. This is a permanent position in full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time, with compensation according to pay group 12 TV-N Berlin (€4,522.94 - €4,988.56, depending on professional experience). The workplace is located at Holzmarktstr. 15, 10179 Berlin.

In Short

• Responsible for the strategic development of the BVG travel information app within an agile (Scrum) framework.
• Create a product roadmap that reflects our app vision and collaborate with our software development service provider to continuously optimize the app.
• Continuously analyze user behavior to better understand their needs and optimize the app experience, including UX, A/B testing, and usability analyses.
• Prioritize the product backlog, implementing key requirements promptly and evaluating feature ideas in alignment with internal stakeholders and company goals.
• Adjust product strategy as needed through competitive analysis, continuous benchmarking, and trend awareness.

Requirements

• Completed scientific studies (Master's or Diploma) in Industrial Engineering, Communication Technology, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent skills and knowledge based on extensive professional experience.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Good knowledge in project and process management (agile and classic).
• Analytical and conceptual working style.
• Team-oriented personality with confident communication at all hierarchy levels.
• Experience in preparing and effectively using success metrics.
