• Proactively coordinate with clients to collect required access items for digital marketing projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding deliverables.
• Schedule and host live meetings or screen shares with clients.
• Track and document the status of client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve delays.
• Assist with timeline risk management.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Clients about deliverables.
• Develop and maintain documentation for access requirements.
• Escalate issues or delays to Project Managers.
• Assist with administrative work on website projects.
