Overview

Berachain is a high-performance EVM-identical Layer 1 blockchain turning liquidity into security, powered by Proof of Liquidity (PoL). The liquidity lead’s role is to drive liquidity and TVL to Berachain, deploying across core chain DeFi primitives and DApps built on Bera.

• Drive liquidity and Total Value Locked (TVL) to Berachain.
• Engage with venture capital and other financial entities.
• Identify and pitch liquidity providers for core DeFi primitives.
• Collaborate with DApps to boost liquidity.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market.
• Develop partnerships to incentivize liquidity providers.
• Drive DAOs and treasury funds into the ecosystem.
• Act as a user and protocol advocate.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, sales, finance, or venture capital.
• Experience in fundraising and managing LPAs.
• Deep network in venture capital and financial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in structuring complex partnerships.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Background in both traditional finance and crypto.
