Fullstack Architect - Remote

Overview

Berachain is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Architect to continue development of our blockchain dApp stack. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and performant full-stack solutions that interact seamlessly with our modular EVM-compatible blockchain infrastructure.

In Short

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable full-stack applications.
• Architect, build, and optimize Web3 applications and blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with core protocol engineers for on-chain and off-chain integration.
• Develop modular APIs, SDKs, and smart contract interactions.
• Ensure security best practices are enforced at all levels of development.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the network-wide economic incentives.
• Manage full-stack workloads and triage work across teams.
• Stay at the forefront of blockchain technology and research new advancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years in full-stack engineering with a focus on blockchain.
• Deep understanding of EVM-compatible smart contract development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern web frameworks.
• Expertise in Golang, Rust, or server-side Typescript / Node.js.
• Experience with Solidity, Ethers.js, and smart contract security.
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-based services.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and Web3 developer tooling.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and performance optimization.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Ability to triage work effectively and ensure timely execution.
