DeFi Liquidity Quant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical DeFi Liquidity Quant to drive the growth of BIO.xyz’s decentralized financial ecosystem. In this role, you will design, optimize, and execute liquidity strategies, manage on-chain and operational responsibilities, and develop new systematic strategies with a focus on DeSci.

In Short

• Oversee liquidity provisioning across DAOs and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
• Manage liquidity pools, token launches, and auction parameters.
• Develop strategies for effective treasury management.
• Lead token launch initiatives and optimize auction parameters.
• Manage on-chain operations and ensure accurate accounting.
• Maintain and update key platforms like CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap.
• Analyze market data for actionable insights.
• Handle OTC deals and token sales.
• Build quantitative models for liquidity optimization.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to DeFi challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years in quantitative finance or DeFi.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
• In-depth understanding of DeFi protocols and liquidity pools.
• Experience in on-chain operations and treasury management.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and optimization techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Previous contributions to open-source DeFi projects are a plus.
