Senior Go-to-Market Specialist / Outbound Demand Generation Marketing - Remote

Overview

This role focuses on outbound demand generation in a fast-growing SaaS environment, leveraging GTM stacks to expand into new markets.

In Short

• Research target groups and create outbound email & LinkedIn sequences.
• Adjust messaging based on market and persona.
• Find and enrich leads using Clay, NorthData, and LinkedIn.
• Set up campaigns with various tools.
• Integrate flows between tools (Clay, CRM, etc.).
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B tests, and optimize sequences.

Requirements

• Experience with Clay (mandatory), plus Lemlist, Smartlead, or SQL.
• Understanding of outbound metrics and improvement strategies.
• Fluent in German (native) and very good English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Curiosity and energy to experiment and implement ideas.
