One reason: We have developed the world's first AI voice assistant for the construction industry.

In Short

  • Lead the entire sales process from initial conversation to successful partnership.
  • Build and manage your own opportunity pipeline.
  • Qualify inbound leads from various sources.
  • Generate new leads through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Be present at events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work with a structured approach and experience with CRMs.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Contribute to improving the daily work of craftsmen.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality with energy, drive, and persistence.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the construction or trades sector.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
  • Structured work style and experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility.
