Overview

The Senior Processor demonstrates attributes of knowledge, growth, and efficiency in the mortgage loan process for the Mortgage-as-a-Service (MaaS) client, responsible for preparing loan files for underwriting and managing client relationships.

In Short

• Manage a pipeline of loan packages for the Loan Officer and Client Team.
• Review initial loan approvals and gather necessary documents.
• Ensure on-time closing by collecting and distributing pertinent documents.
• Build and maintain client relationships with the MaaS client team.
• Communicate loan status with applicants and business partners.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of residential mortgage experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze credit reports and financial documents.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Residential Mortgage Loan Originator License (MLO) required.
• Encompass experience preferred.
